SHIPPING INFORMATION Domestic Shipping – Within Singapore Delivery will be free with a minimum purchase of S$50 in a single order.  Registered mail will be available at a flat rate of S$3.50 for purchase of S$49 and below.  We do not mail via normal postage as it is not trackable. You may opt for other courier services via EasyShip.  You will pay the shipping rate according to your choice and the shipping rate will be automatically added upon checkout.   International Shipping – Worldwide Delivery will be free with a minimum purchase of S$100 in a single order.  Registered mail via Singpost will be available at a flat rate of S$10 for purchase of S$99 and below.  We do not mail via normal postage as it is not trackable. You may opt for other courier services via EasyShip.  You will pay the shipping rate according to your choice and the shipping rate will be automatically added upon checkout.   For international shipments, import duties may be charged on your parcel when it arrives in your country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  Custom policies vary from country to country and you should contact your customs office if you have questions relating to import duties and charges. Delivery All orders wll be shipped within 5 working days* upon successful order, and a tracking code will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.  *We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore public holidays.  Please allow extra working day for shipment.   By default, we use SingPost for both local and international delivery and you can visit http://www,singpost.com/track-items to track your parcel and check the estimated delivery time.  Similarly, you can track the parcel on EasyShip website if you have opted to ship via courier service.   Please ensure the delivery address and recipient’s name provided are correct when submitting order.  Any returned parcel due to invalid address or information provided or unclaimed, customer has to bear the shipping cost for reshipping.  There will be no refund for such cases. EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY We made and packed the products with pride and love.  We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event you wish to exchange or return, please email to presentpresent2014@gmail.com with “Exchange/Return” as the subject, within 3 days of receipt of items.  Please indicate your reason for your exchange/return with a picture and your contact details.   We reserve the right not to exchange or refund for the orders purchased.           Due to hygiene reason, earrings products are strictly non-exchangeable. ·         Sales items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We may proceed with return/exchange process provided the following conditions for exchange/return items are met: ·         The item must reach us within 14 days from the dispatch date of your original order for Singapore shipment and 24 days for international shipment. ·         The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.  If the item is damaged as a result of wear and tear, during shipment or inappropriate handling will not qualify for exchange.   ·         The exchange/return of item will have to be sent back to us at your own cost.  We are not responsible for item which gets lost during the return process. ·         Original shipping cost paid for the item which you want to exchange/return will not be refunded.  Additional shipping fees may apply for shipping the replacement item. ·         The item will be inspected upon return.  It will be rejected if it does not meet our return conditions.  Rejected item will be returned to you and additional shipping fees may apply. ·         The item can only be exchanged once.  No further return or exchange will be entertained. ·         You may choose to exchange the same item in a different colour, or exchange for a different item, all subject to availability of stock.  ·         If the newly exchanged item is of a higher value, you will have to top up the difference during the exchange.  If the newly exchanged is of lower value, we regret to inform that we will not provide a refund for the price difference.
